All of our shows and catalog proposals, manufacturer programs and reports, and the vast majority of our routine communications occur over the Internet. A few problems arise from time to time and we would like to ask for your assistance. Anything you can do to help us with these situations would be much appreciated. In pointing these matters out we want to emphasize the fact that the overall process is working very well. Again, we thank you!
| • | Hard Copies of Proposals: We don’t use or need hard copies… please don’t send them to us or to other members of the Buying Committee (Bcom). |
| • | Using Our Forms: Please don’t add columns/rows without specific instructions to do so and never make changes to our form headers, instructions, formulas, etc. |
| • | Blue Cells: Please don’t change any Light Blue highlighted cells found on our forms. |
| • | File Name: Please, don’t change the name we have assigned. You can update the file date (YY-MM-DD) and/or you can add letters/numbers to the very end. |
| • | File Update: If you find an error/issue in a file you have sent us, you simply CANNOT change your file and resend it. Your copy becomes an “old edition” the very moment you send it to us. You must contact us! We will either send the “current” file to you for updating or we will work out specific steps on how to address the issue. |
